We offer you a tour to the biggest German concentration and extermination camp of World War 2. The Auschwitz Camp was founded in 1940 for Polish prisoners. The new camp of Birkenau was established in 1942 as the second part of the original camp where the most of mass murders were committed. In the period of 1940-1945 at least 1,3 million people passed through the camp. The significant majority of prisoners and victims were Jews. In 1979 the camp territory was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a historic site. Both the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps are open to visitors and both are included in program of our tour.
